It is forcing students to focus more on attendance rather than studies. On the college on University campuses and not getting the proper environment they will face in the corporate world. For this, our Aspirants also failed to enter the corporate world.

But this growth also rapidly decreased the number of available jobs in the market. The production of students with professional degrees is much higher than the number of students who got placement. The main goal of these Institutes is to generate profits ultimately as the corporate world is wanting to be an MBA graduate from aspirants to be eligible for the interview. That’s why the number of universities is growing as There is a demand for doing MBA. But the quality of studies which needed to start in these Institutes are ultimately sacrificed with the certificate.
Another primary reason behind these problems in the education system is the lack of capable professors in these Educational Institutes. As these institutes only need the profit, they only hire the faculty, which is cheaper for them. These faculties are servicing for as low as 3 to 4 lakh per annum. A good faculty in reputed universities demands approximately 10 to 15 lakh per month. Failing to retain good faculty in our universities and colleges is the main reason behind the failure of India’s education system.
Our student’s mindset also creates problems in the educational system. The most of the students have a perspective to complete their educational journey within 24 to 25. After that, they want to settle with any available jobs. These things decrease the encouragement to do a Ph.D. and more research work. It reduces the availability of adequate faculty in India as the requirement for being a professor is minimum to complete a Ph.D.
